Chopard
The luxury Swiss brand was founded in 1860 by master watchmaker Louis-Ulysse Chopard and was first passed down to his son Paul in 1937 and then to his grandson Paul Andre in 1943. In 1963, Chopard was sold to jeweler and watchmaker Karl Scheufele III and remains under the Scheufele family to this day. In 1992, Chopard partnered with L'Oreal to launch fine fragrances under the esteemed Chopard brand. The company's first fragrance, Casmir, a sweet and popular women's fragrance, debuted to great success in 1992 and spawned a number of flankers. The first men's fragrance Heaven was launched in 1994.
